  • You the consumer, understand that these products are for users age 21 and over and are to be kept out of the reach of small children or anyone under the age of 21. The Product is also not meant for Non-smokers. The bottled liquid and the liquid in the cartridges contains nicotine which is hazardous in large quantities. These should be kept out of the reach and away from children and small animals and prompt medical attention sought if ingested. There have been no long term test on this product and you are buying at your own risk and the responsibility of use falls on the buyer. That being said, we have so much faith in the SP2 we use it ourselves.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, McDonald-Webb, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, McDonald-Webb, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. Please contact us for shipping to other locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping is not calculated at checkout for international orders. Upon receipt of your order, McDonald Webb will calculate shipping costs and generate an email with order total. Your credit card will not be charged until we get this email back from you with approval of the total.

  • McDonald-Webb, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. McDonald Webb currently collects taxes in Tennessee only.


  • Warranties
  • The SteamPunk SparkPlug is warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If you return the unit to us we will replace or repair unit at our discretion. We do not cover scrapes and scratches (You should see mine) and also do not cover abuse or anything other than normal wear and tear. In other words if you drop it and your brother Tony backs his truck over it, it's not covered. Chances are it's going to work anyway though ;) In any event, your satisfaction is our primary goal. Atomizers and batteries being disposable products are covered for 14 days from date of receipt and if you send us the broken part we will happily replace it, once again, as long as your brother Tony hasn't backed his truck over it and it hasn't been abused. Battery chargers are warranted for 90 days and if you return the product to us, we will replace it. Everything below is legal jargon referring to the website.
